When you will hear back
Within one working day. We answer Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; a message that arrives outside those hours is answered on the next working day. A broken site marked urgent is treated as urgent.
Common questions
Do I have to write anything?
No. Tell us about your business in a few sentences, or point us at your old website, and we write the pages. You see the whole site before anything goes live.
What does it cost?
One price list for everyone, per site per month: the more sites, the less each costs. Hosting, changes by asking and the website assistant are included. No build fee, and nothing to pay until you go live. Every plan runs month to month: cancel any time. See every price.
What happens to my old website?
It stays until you say go. Then every old address is redirected.
Do I need my own hosting?
No. Hosting is included: nothing to install, no FTP. You point your domain at us once and we help. Your email stays where it is.
Can I leave?
Yes. Every plan runs month to month: cancel any time. Your content leaves with you.
Can I take my site with me?
Your texts and photos: download them from your page any time, and your domain is yours to point anywhere. The website itself is our service: we build it, host it and keep it up to date, so it stays with us. Having it converted into a format you edit yourself, such as WordPress, is coming, for a fee that covers the work.
Who owns it?
You own the domain, your texts and your photographs.
Can I see examples first?
Yes. Open the example sites: real, working websites for made-up businesses, by kind of business.
Holiday rentals
Holiday-rental owners and managers have their own page, with the booking side.
Which channel managers do you connect to?
Guesty, directly, today. On another system? Tell us which and we will say honestly what works now.
Who owns the photos?
You own your photographs. Photos from a booking portal belong to someone else.
